Shure markets this item as 5 pairs of identical replacement sleeves for the Shure E3c, E3g, E4c, E4g, E5c, I3, I4c, E3c-n and E4c-n model earphones. I own the E4c model, and since I've misplaced enough flex sleeves now so that I no longer had any working pairs, I decided to order this replacement pack. Sure enough, there were 10 clear flex sleeves in the package--but only 3 of them fit my headphones! The other 7 are too large to stay on my headphone nozzles, so they are useless to me. So basically I paid $13 for ONE pair of sleeves plus one spare (which happens to be somewhat useful as I did have one orphaned sleeve remaining from the original pack). Not worth it.
