GREAT STAND FOR A GREAT PRICE!!!Nov 10, 2008 Let me first start by saying the stand was indeed a pain to put together...It didn't take me too long though (35 minutes or so), but like the other reviewers said, the directions arent the clearest, and you do have to stare at the picture...intently...to figure it out...but it is defiantely do-able. As far as the quality of the stand goes, IT'S EXCELLENT!!! The stand is extremely sturdy; I've had it for about 2 months now with no problem. I noticed some people were a bit peeved because the keyboard is advertised as a Yamaha product, and some people said it didnt fit their Yamaha keyboards. The product is definately NOT a Yamaha brand stand, the logo is no where to be found on the actual product. However, it fits my M-Audio 88-key keyboard just fine. False advertising, bit of a pain to put together, but still a great stand at a great price!

Good StandOct 21, 2008 Well made. A little confusing to assemble but you'll figure it out with a few tries. The screws are located in teh ends of the legs (you'll understand when you get them). Seems solid. adjusts easily. Only drawback I see is that there is no place to attach the keyboard directly to the stand so if the keyboard is knocked it can fall off. I am sure there is a fix for this and will research one. Good deal for $29 though.
Great Keyboard StandAug 31, 2008 Very sturdy stand and fair price. There was a problem with the address and it went to the wrong side of town. There is an Eric Court and an Eric Lane in my town. I gave specific careful directions and the name of my subdivision as a part of the address to avoid any confusion.
The WRONG street was used on the label AND the directions AND the name of the subdivision, which was included as an address line, were left off of the label. Generally Amazon service is outstanding. But more care needs to be taken to get addresses correct.
Thank you
Missing partAug 26, 2008 I purchased this stand along with an electronic keyboard for my grandson's (who lives in another state) birthday. Many months later I learned that he was unable to use the stand because of a missing assembly part. These things happen but I'm disappointed.

Buyer bewareAug 08, 2008 Expected it to fit the Yamaha YPT-400 keyboard (and it is billed as such) but it doesn't even come close. The piano simply sits on top of the stand waiting to be knocked over and crash to the floor. What a disappointment and what a waste of time ordering it. How frustrating to have to pack it all back up and return it. This item should not be paired with this piano. Buyer beware!
