Account Manager, Sara Eaton brings more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare and pharmacy industries to the Drexi team. She has worked in formulary administration where she partnered with clinical support, program management, and other customer-facing departments. Sara’s expertise positioned her as the primary point of contact for physician offices, insurance companies, and patient escalations and earned her multiple promotions into leadership positions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and Chemistry from Western Michigan University and has maintained her credential as Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician for more than 20 years. Her role as a PBM Account Manager affords her more opportunities to develop and support Drexi’s client relationships. Sara is a member of the Self-Insurance Institute of America, the Health Care Administrators Association, and the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators.
