NBFSA, LLC, an AMPS company, (“NBFSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)is committed to providing excellent customer service.
If you are overbilled, please notify NBFSA and we will refund any excess payment. If you cancel your NBFSA account mid-billing cycle, we will refund your payment for the remainder of the cycle on a prorated basis. Other refund requests will be honored if determined by us to be valid. Unless otherwise indicated, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. NBFSA makes reasonable efforts to honor valid refund and account cancellation requests within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.
